Hi!
If an agent position rotates between 3 users (8 hour shift) can I manage to have them all associated with one agent?

Do the three users log in with the same agent ID? If so, this should work fine.

But the agent ID has to be a user available in the "user management" under "tools", right?

Thats right, as that lists the agents configured on the system.

My users are AD users. I have to create in the AD specific agent IDs for the ccx. It's the only way. These agent IDs will represent 3 persons. Am I right?
