cme call transfer\forward

Hi,

I have this situation. i can forward and transfer local calls on my CME, but when i receive call from outside, transfer and forward dont work. CME sent out busy tone.

any ideas?

Under telephony-services config enter:

call-forward pattern .T

transfer-pattern .T

already do that, and still dont work.

i have cme on this router:

Router 2800 Series (2811)

IOS: c2800nm-adventerprisek9_ivs-mz.124-2.T5.bin

CME-7-0-0-1-basic
