FXO Trunking Issues

I have a cme router that is utilizing 7 FXO ports in a trunk. See output below:

Port 0/1/2 is the main incoming number. The problem is that when a call comes in, it will seize that port, and any additional calls will come in and get a RNA. Anyone have any thoughts?

You cannot control Incoming calls with trunk-group hunting. Trunk-groups only control calls orginating from this gateway. You need to call your provider to have them either setup a hunt-group for you or tell you how it is setup if it exists already.

Then, you should configure the outgoing trunk-group with these priority numbers to be opposite of the incoming calls to avoid glare.

So, if 0/1/2 is the first incoming port it should be the last in line for outgoing calls.

ie "trunk-group all 7" or higher if you chose. The point is that you want to keep it open as much as possible.
