Bulk add Regions/Locations/DPs & Region Matrix in CUCM6.1

Is there any way to bulk add regions, locations and device pools into the CUCM6.1 database? I have 200 sites to add and can see myself getting RSI doing this manually!

Also, I watched a CUCM6 partner value team presentation which mentioned the use of a region matrix. It stated that if all sites used a common codec you could simply create one region and apply it to each device pool. Is this possible as I cannot find anything in the SRND to back this up?

sorry, no tools available from cisco to do such thing. only 7.0(1) has enhanced bat capabilities that let you manage almost any element using the tool

you would need to develop an AXL app to do such thing
