COntact Center IPCCX Error "Error While handling the request input"

Hi,

We are facing the following issues in IPCC Express 5 Premium


1. Whenever we start to create an application we get an error like “Error while handling the input request”


2. Whenever try to add configuration in RmCm section, we get an error "There was an error reading/updating the database,please contact the administrator"


3. Whenever Supervisor is trying to login getting incorrect password error message but they are able to login with the same login credentials on IP Phone as agents


4 when they tried to login in CRS applications, it takes 2 - 3 minutes time, but the login is success

This is a common issue in 4.0 but it's new to me that you're seeing it in 5.0. Because of that I'm going to recommend TAC instead of just posting the ClearArchive.exe tool. I don't want to be responsible for any damage.
