An user is with voice quality problems in the cisco ip communicator. The voice stayed perforating or having delaies. In one of the tests, I did an internal call for another extension ip phone 7970 and the Max jitter in the remote telephone stayed in 3162. This user possessed a Dell d620 as everybody another users of the company, with the same programs, but I am not obtaining to solve the voice perforation problem. When run audio tunning wizard, the microphone volume stay in level 3, but if open again, the microphone volume is more higher. Someone is able to help me?
Ip communicator errors: versions 18.104.22.168 and I upgrade to 2.1.3, but the problem persists.
