I am running
Router - 2811 - 12.4(3i)

1 - PRI
4 Analog lines
Users are complaining of the following issues
1) The voice/sound fades in and out
2) Some people here noise along with fading/cutting out voice
Some people who have complained, we replaced their phones and the problem wasn't as bad but they still hear it.
Not everyone in the company is experiencing this issue too.
I started to T/S so I did the following
1) Enabled QRT on the phones
2) Informed users to use the QRT - Since then they have been reporting the problem.
In the QRt it shows who called/calling. It shows the time and other numbers/info I don't know anything about.
I then used the date/time along with the called number to search the CCM traces to look at the call.
I was hoping it would show me the port, (PRI or the analog ports) the call came in or out of. In the logs I see the IP phone. I see the H323 setup and responses but I cannot see the line it used.
I was hoping it did and maybe narrow it down to the PRI or the analog lines. Has anyone else run into a similar issue?
If so, how did you go about fixing it?
Does anyone know where I can look to see what line it used?
