Aironet 350 wireless bridge

I am with the City of Alvin in Texas. We were recently affected by hurricane Ike. Ever since then, My wireless network between two of my facilities aren't communicating. I thought the maybe the connectors to my antennas were wet, but that was not the case. So replaced the antennas with a couple of TRENDnet TEW-A014D outdoor 2.4-2.5GHz IEEE 802.11b/g units. After performing this, I reset all hardware, but communication is still down. I suspect it is my Aironet 350 wireless bridges. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to better isolate the problem instead of just buying new aironets. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a tree fell, blocking the LoS =P

I have a clear line of site between my two facilities with no obstructions. Any other ideas?
