Intermittent Fax Issue

Hi,

I have a VG224 MGCP w/modem passthrough, and a RightFax server with a Dialogic TR1034+P8-8L analog card plugged into it. Occassionaly, we get a loop-current drop error which can cause a fax that is half way through transmit to stop and resend.

On the PSTN, I have a 3845 MGCP with modem passthrough with PRI's. I have no slips on the PRI's.

Has anyone run into anything similar?

Not sure if this will help, but it may be worth the try. I was having faxing issues with our VG224 and I was told to make sure all of our fax machines were set at a baud rate of 9600. (Sending and receiving) A little slow, but it did the trick. This may stop the drop error from happening.
