Hello, on occasion, we will have users in our call center get busy signals right in the middle of a call. They will be talking with a member and all of a sudden they hear busy tones and the call is disconnected. The Cisco Desktop application as well as the phone display do not show anything unusual. We are using call manager 4.1(3)sr5d with IPCC Express Premium 4.0(5)SR01_Build040. Usually they are able to resume the next call with no issues. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
