Provision of an CRES Profile

Hello,
I would like to provision an CRES Profile with our C350, but everytime I try, I got the following error message:

Unable to provision profile "profilename" for reason: Unable to send HTTP request
Please make sure that you have correctly registered your appliance with the hosted service and try again, or contact customer support for assistance.

Can anyone tell me whats the problem in this case?

Thanks all for help!

Regards,
Samuel

From the command line of the C-350, see if you can reach teh CRES server on port 443.

telnet res.cisco.com 443

If you can successfully connect, it should look like this:

telnet res.cisco.com 443

Trying 216.206.186.156...
Connected to res.cisco.com.
Escape character is '^]'.

If you can't connect, it may your firewall not letting the IronPort appliance connect to that host on port 443.

Thanks for your clue!

The C350 has no connection on port 443 through the firewall, but our proxy can succesfully connect to res.cisco.com.
It seems that the C350 tries to reach our proxy on port 443 although i have configured port 80, because the communication over port 443 between C350 and proxy is blocked.
I will change this next week and give a feedback if it works.

Regards,
Samuel
