Attendant Console - Directory status is very delayed

We're on unified Communications manager 6.x and our receptionists are telling me that they are now experiencing delays in directory where they can see a user's phone status. They report that the question mark can be by the user's name for over a minute before it updates the free/busy status. Any clues on how to handle this?

I have this problem too.

Check any firewall installed in the reception PC , Check the ping responce and reboot the PC.

If it not help , to isolate install AC in other pc and check .
