I have Unity 5.0(1) in a failover configuration. On the secondary server whenever I try to check the licensing information I get this error

Unable to retrieve Cisco Unity location data

Error number 0x8004330F

License data for this Cisco Unity location could not be retrieved from the database

0x80040e14 invalid object name 'location'

I would run DBWalker and see what kind of output you get. Check out the following defect:

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCdz38755

The workaround isn't too detailed, this may clarify - Make sure the LocationObjectID in the GlobalLocation matches the LocationObjectID in the Location table. If not, you can copy the LocationObjectID in the Location table and paste it into the GlobalLocation table and try restarting Unity

Hope this helps,

Brad
