Hi,
I had a server with CUSM installed and running. I have installed IIS and after restarting the server, Windows doesn't start.
I think the operating system should start and perhaps the CUSM doesn't dued to the IIS installation but never this behaviour, is this correct?
Thank you very much.

When you install CUOM it always installs CUSM also. There is no need to install CUSM after installing CUOM as it is already there. IIS is detected on this system and is in a disabled state by default. If enabled, CiscoWorks may not function properly that way you are getting problem. I think you have to enable SOAP and AXL services on CCM and also try this BUGID - CSCsg21395.

Sorry,
finally the problem was dued to a cable!!! Without this cable, the server starts perfectly.
Sorry and many thanks.
