SSID not broadcasting

Hi!

Setup: WLC 4402, IOS 5.0.148.0, eight 1131 APs.

I have a serious problem with a simple thing. I'm setting up a new SSID and I can only get it to work with no security at all. When I apply WPA/PSK the SSID isnt broadcasting. I already have a Voice (WEP) and Guest WLAN (Web auth) working but when I want to add a third it wount work. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

but just using local authentication

Avoid version 5.0, its full of bugs.

I updated to release 5.1.151 and it worked like a charm. But then again, there may be other bad things happening with that one...
