Hi. What is the meaning of the below sentence in context to ICM setup

'For IPCC, the Network Trunk Group is the placeholder in the ICM database for the Trunk Group. It performs no other function'

Hi,

it is simply saying it is a mean for the ICM to monitor the activity on the CTI ports in the event you are using the IPIVR or the CVP ports in the event you are using CVP.

It is a logical definition, it doesn't need to match any specific dialplan.
