7965 Play softkey inactive

I have a 7965 that when you are selecting ringtones the play key is inactive. It works correctly on all the 7961's I have. I have callmanager 6.1.

I have this problem too.

This by design, you will be suggest to replace 7941/7961 phones with 7940/7965 phones to provide this functionality.

I will need the following information:

-Call Manager Version from CCM Admin Page/Help/About Cisco Call Manager/Details.

-Phone load CCM Admin Page/System/Device Defaults/Phone Type.

-Are all shared lines on the same phone type?

-Are any of the phones using different Softkey Template or all are the same?

I have seen this issue lately on 7965 and 7975 handsets with and without sidecars. Phone reset will resolve the issue temporarily, however the issue returns. If these ringtones are selected, phone will have no audible ring. Did you find a resolution to this issue? I am using CUCM 6.1 with phone firmware 8-3-4-16
