have 2 x 2MB links. They are currently load balanced. If I run voice across, am I correct in assuming that voice conversations will get split across the link and therefore packets will have varied delay and also could arrive out of order. If so Is there a way around it?
I do not want to have vocie going out just 1 link.
You are correct that this can be a problem with load balanced links. It depends on whether you're using per-packet or per-destination load balancing. The default is per-destination. With per-dstination, traffic between a given source/destination pair will traverse the same link. You should not see a problem with voice in this case. Take a look at the following links for further info.
