UCCX 5.0 Workflow triggers for recording

I have seen in documentation that there is an ability to trigger recording through the workflow process. I have a customer who is wondering what those "triggers" can be. Is this able to automatically record a call to a specific DNIS through workflow automation. I am still researching but wondering if anyone has any insight to this.

I have this problem too.
