I have a subnet of 10.31.2.x with a mask of 24. The servers I want to control access to are in the range 10.31.2.71 through 77. Will the folowing statement allow http to these servers.

Permit tcp any 10.31.2.64 0.0.0.15 eq 80

Thanks

That will allow access to

10.31.2.65 -> 79

so yes it would cover your server range as long as you are aware that you will also be allowing additional addresses.
