When I go to Cisco Unity Assistant go to Phone Menu and try to click on Voice Recognition radio button it will not let me change it from dial to voice. How do I get this to let me make a change?

Yes, Unity connection can support voice dialing IF you have the appropriate licenses and class of service set up (and assuming your version supports it. I know 2.x forward does).


You have to enable voice recognition in the class of service first. You cannot do this on the default COS. So, create a new COS and then enable that. Then switch your user account to the new COS, and the buttons will become available.
