CME MWI SIP Proxy Server and client

Per “Programming Multiple Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express Routers to Integrate with a Single Cisco Unity Server” on link below

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/UC5.0.2/ipt_system_arch/UC05_CME.html#wp1065240

I want to setup CME MWI SIP proxy server and client but base on the doc, I cannot figure out what configs I put on the server versus the client. Anyone done this before?

Here's my following questions:

Ques #1

Do I use either udp on client and “udp unsolicited” on server?

Ques #2 and 3

For my Dial-Out Ports, can I use the same number "A01" for say 4 dialouts? Also, is the preference descending from 116 down to 113 per Unity guidelines or ascending if I have 16 ports?

Also on Page 3-12, "to configure MWIs for each Directory Number" since I am using

CME-as-SRST, I don't really need to use "ephone-dn" but am using "ephone-dn template" Do I

put the "mwi sip" under the template or no?

Ques #5 and 6

On page 3-13, is "mwi relay" configured on both server and client?

I assume I need to configure "dtmf-relay h245-signal" on my voip dial peers or no?

I think “Udp Unsolicted" is used on server.
