Extension mobility in CUCM 6.1: the users can log in but not log out

Hi all,

I have configure the extension mobility service on some IP phones 7961 in the call manager 6.1 and the device profiles; but when a user log on to a phone he can no longer log out because when he is logged on and press the key "SERVICE" on the IP phone he can not see the log out option. I even try to configure the extension mobility duration for 8 hours in the "Enterprise parameters" in the call manager but those users remain connected after 8 hours. How can I correct this ?

I have this problem too.

unsubscriber and subscribe the user device profile to EM, restart the EM service and try again
