Getting the following error on Cisco 7206VXR w/ IOS c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.124-9.T7.bin

Sep 26 08:43:57: %ENTITY_ALARM-6-INFO: ASSERT MAJOR Se2/0 Receiver has remote alarm

Sep 26 08:43:58: %ENTITY_ALARM-6-INFO: CLEAR MAJOR Se2/0 Receiver has remote alarm

Any suggestions would be appreciated and I will provide any additional information as needed.

Added: The interface is flapping.

Hi,

most likely this is because of circuit issue with carrier. Your circuit is flapping. If you run 'Sh int ser2/0' then you can oserve increasing 'Carrier transitions'. Call the carrier and ask them to resolve the circuit issue.
