CUCM6.1 - LDAP users

Hi!

I have CUCM synchronizing with Microsoft's AD. There are some users that don't appear when I do the user search on the CUCM. Do you know why?

HAve you verified that the last name in the field in AD is filled out? This will cause users not to be synced over
