I upgrade the CallManager OS from 2000.4.2 to 2000.4.5a and 2000.4.5bSR13,and CallManager from 4.2(1) to 4.2(3)SR4a.
After upgrading the CallManager, the CRS IPCC-Express 4.0(4)_Build140 with OS 2000.4.2 and 2000.4.2SR7, it give the problem that the supervisors can not monitoring or recording the agents conversations.
On the supervisor gives the message "Supervisor is unable to start Monitoring device <ext>"
Besides on Cisco Desktop Administor > VoIP Monitor gives the message "Could not get Sync Service".
I already restart the Sync Service on CRS, Resynnchronize using Subsystem> JTAPI, restart both servers.
Should I upgrade the CRS to the same OS as the CallManger?
