QoS for VoIP on Cisco 827

I have an IP phone at my house with a VPN tunnel built to my office. I tried using Auto QoS but it's not supported on my router. Does anyone have a sample config that will give 1st priority to the VoIP phone, 2nd priority to the VPN traffic, and last to regular web surfing?

have a look at the attached document which address a case similer but not the same to your but the required idea is there and will be veryhelpful
