DMVPN Redundancy

Hi,

I would like to know configuration details while configuring DMVPN dual hub redundancy. What are the things need to be checked before configuring DMVPN dual hub scenario?

We are using 2800 series routers with VPN modules. Will it be ok to use these series routers as a hub? (We need 10-15 tunnels max from each hub)

10-15 tunnel sounds verynormal

for ur considerations u need to have proper IGP routing like ospf/eigrp or static route between sites tunnels and consider each routing protocols parameters like with ospf u can use cost to prefer tunnel over tunnel while with eigerp u need to consider the use of delay and the split-horizen as well

Thanks for your valuable reply. I am using EIGRP as a routing protocol and delay as a metric for preference over tunnels.
