Could you pelase help me understand if the 6509 is either native or hybrid.

The last time I had anythign to do with 6500's was with a SUP2 and MSFC2 running hybrid so you could telnet between the supervisor and the MSFC but this SUP720 stuff throws me completely.

After reading some docs on what I have, I'm confused more than having a lack of confidence. It would appear, but I'm not certain, that whilst the SUP720 does have CatOS on it, the CatOS doesn't require any kind of configuration from an engineering point-of-view.
