I have just finished installing CME 4.0 on 2821 router... All the phones are registered and working properly. The problem is that I an unable to see call log on 7960 phone only. Call log list appears empty on 7960 while it appears ok in all other phones. Any ideas that can help ?

Hi,
What phone load are you using on the 7960s? Make sure it's not an old version. Also, have you tried resetting the phones and trying again?

The phone load is 7960-7940 P00303020214. I have tried rebooting the system several times but problem remains.

Are you by chance using overlay buttons? If that's the case I think the missed calls are only displayed on the ephone that has the ephone-dn assigned to it.

Symptom:
Missed calls not reported.
Conditions:
When a DN has overlays configured, any unanswered calls to that particular DN are not reported as Missed calls.
Workaround:
Remove overlays from the DN in the configuration.
