I have multiple occurrences of DHCP configurations dissappearing from routers on reboot. Below is the common information from the routers.
2821
running IOS: 2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T1.bin
256k NVRAM
64MB Flash
Acting as a MGCP voice gateway.
Any ideas? This is happening on multiple routers but I don't see any known bugs.

I've experienced the same issue. Are you referring to the DHCP lease database or the actual configuration. We rebooted the router and we lost all of the leases. All of our phones rebooted and had to fight with other DHCP clients about 24 hours later. It appears the longer the router is up, the more problematic it can be. I don't believe this to be an issue, just perform the reboot over the weekend.

What we are experiencing is that the router loses the actual configuration. Then about 4 days later clients start falling off the network when they can't get a new lease.
