Hi to all,

I have a doubt about a situation ( how to do it ).

If somebody does not get the phone call -> goes to the Central and if it doesn't get the call goes to the Mailbox of the user ( not the Central Unity Mailbox ), and second one is a user just get internal call and external goes to the Central.

Hi,

Is the Secretary DN, for example extension 100.

What i want is that incoming calls from pstn goes directly to the Secretary extension and if does not answer then to the boss for example extension 110.

what i did was a translation pattern 914444110 to Hunt Pilot that i created with extension 100 and 110 and then if hunt pilot does not answer goes to 110.

Is there any better way?

from inside ip calls, everybody can call to the boss ( 110 ).
