Would help if you included some more details re. supervisor/IOS version but in general yes you can configure PBR under a L3 vlan interface.

Thanks Jon, can you tell any URL which is having a example of this. Well in this case I m assuming sup 720 in 6500 along with any IOS Image which are currently available

1) This has some info about PBR on the 6500, what is supported and what is done in hardware as opposed to software. Have a read and make sure you understand that any PBR that is processed in software will have a greater impact on your 6500
