IPMA HTTP file error

Hi,

I am currently setting up IPMA on CCM 6.1.2.1116-2, configured to date -

a. CTI RP - registered against Pub

b. Proxy line configured under Service Parameters - Tomcat services restarted

c. Services set up under Assistants phone, but when you press the service key you receive - HTTP File Error

Any ideas?

Hi James,

Just check the following:

- The user was configured as an assistant of any manager.

Go to user management> end user> "the manager user"

Then, in related links, select "manager configuration" >go

In assistant Information box, associate the assistant user as an assistant of this manager.
