Encountered with "Say it Smart" error in CVP

Hi All,

We are Intermittently facing "Say It Smart" error when the call is made.

After we restart the "TOMCAT" service in VXML server, issue is restored.I just need to understand what are the causes of this error & how can we resolve it permanently

What version of CVP are you running? Is this a new deployment? Has this problem always occurred? Have you tested this CPU utilization with the Hello world app?
