Does anyone have a workaround for updating a user's personal directory since the PreDial parameter for the Fast Dial service didn't copy over as part of the DMA? I don't want to tell my customer that there users have to update their fast dials.

This is a possible solution but was hoping there was a different workaround. I am surprised the DMA doesn't take the predial parameter into consideration. Thank you for the reply.

Not sure if it's possible to, but BAT export the users and their PAB, Speed dials, and see if it's embedded in the BAT file. You could possibly copy and paste this to the new BAT template, and import it to 6.x

awesome.. glad it worked! I had to use these for Outlook Dialing, or when using Presence to have dial. Works good! Cheers!
