I am using my 3560-8PC to power up my remote office phones and one AP. Daily the switch will power off and back on repeatedly, no errors messages, nothing in the logs. VERY basic, one VLAN config. Running IOS 12.2(35). Any one seen this issue before?

It sounds like a defective switch, please contact TAC and request for a RMA.
