Reporting on hunt pilots/line groups - Abandoned Calls available?

I have a client who currently has IPCCX in place with a 3.3 CCM cluster. One thing they brought up was the ability to use line groups with queueing in UCM 6.1 instead of replacing their IPCCX server when they upgrade. Their needs are very simplistic in that they accept calls and queue them to agents. There are no prompts or menus so I'm thinking UCM can easily do this task. One concern they have is the ability to gather reports from the system and more specifically reports on abandoned calls to the hunt pilots or calls unanswered by the user if their phone is rung by the system.

I'm digging through the CDR reporting guide right now but wondered if anyone has any insight? Thanks in advance for the help.
