Strange but I am the only one of about 30 users that can get the webview webpage to load. They get the "page cannot be displayed" Any ideas, I can login and run reports but no one else can. We recently upgraded to 7.26

Hi,
most likely one of this two issues:
Group authentication
Check on your AD user group and compare it with the users that can't load it
or
Feature control set in the ICM configuration, check on your ICM user role and compare it to the users that are failing.

Try restarting the jaguar service. Sometimes that works for us.
