I've got an 877 and by mistake I delete all files in flash. After a power cycle the router is dead and I can't get in (not tried console cable yet) - if I console in what is the best command to reset it back to factory reset?
If you have deleted all files in flash there is a good chance you now have no IOS to boot the router with so you need to do more than set it back to factory reset. You will need to get another image into flash. Have a look at this link which gives a recovery procedure. You will need to be consoled in
