I'm setting up an ICT for a RightFax deployment. The ICT is in a device pool that references a CallManager group with three servers. My guess is that the ICT should be accessible via the CM that is first in the list of servers in the CM Group. In this case, it looks like it's accessible only by the second server. Is there any reason why it would be accessible by the second server in the list? Is there a way to force it to be accessible by the first instead? I'm going off of the assumption that the ICT can only be accessed on one server at a time.
