Well, this is my third issue with my MARS 50 after the upgrade. This time it's the graphs that are broken.
Get "Message: Unable to send request for processing. Try again later." instead of graphs on dashboard.
Backend log show this just a few minutes after I've done a pnstart
9/30/08 9:21:42 PM CEST Info ./superV 0050:Disconnected from 'graphgen' on 'pnmars:1504'
9/30/08 9:21:42 PM CEST Info ./graphgen 0044:Received 'stop' message
9/30/08 9:21:42 PM CEST Info ./graphgen Thread 113167280:CGraphGenListner -> handle_close
9/30/08 9:21:42 PM CEST Info ./graphgen Thread 102677424:GraphGen_Listner_Task Received MB_STOP. Quiting the thread
9/30/08 9:21:42 PM CEST Info ./graphgen Thread 87579568:GraphGen_Task: Received MB_STOP. Quiting the thread
9/30/08 9:21:42 PM CEST Info ./graphgen Thread 62000048:GraphGen_Task: Received MB_STOP. Quiting the thread
9/30/08 9:21:46 PM CEST Error ./pnesloader Thread 39177136:RawmsgBufferReader: read end of the buffer, not find two separators.
9/30/08 9:21:47 PM CEST Info ./superV Thread 74869680:Instance 'graphgen' had to be stopped by check-for-zombies handler!
More bugs to fix or is there something I can do when reimaging the appliance or importing the config?
Regards
Fredrik

You may try SSH into your CS-MARS box and check all the services are running using the command "pnstatus".

Yup, pnstatus show graphgen has stopped but if I start it with pnstart it stops again after a few minutes.

Some new information
Initially I had these problems after attempting a data migration from 4.3.6 to 6.0.1. Since I've had alot more problems after the migration I decided to do a fresh 6.0.1 install and skip the data import.
I've added half of my devices and the graphgen crash has started to appear again. Same error message.

I'd like to bump this one since I find the problem to be a serious one. A fresh 6.0.1 installation on a MARS50, there's got to be someone else out there with the same problem?
