Trigger numbers

hi, i have a call center running IPCC, but now they requested that i add three new trigger numbers, can someone please provide me with step by step guide on how to add trigger numbers to the existing one. Thanks

Basically, in CRSAdmin, you want to browse to applications > application management.

Select the Cisco Script application for this dept. On the left hand side you will notice the existing JTAPI trigger associated with it. You will also notice the option "add new trigger". Click on this and add the trigger with the following options:

Trigger type: JTAPI

Directory Number: x

Language: x

Max sessions: x

Call Control Group: x

Dialog group: x


This will basically create the trigger in CallManager and associates it with the JTAPI user..

Just creating a Trigger is only part of the configuration.

The script you build also has to do what you need it to do.

What version of IPCC do you have?

I am assuming you have IPCC Express as you are referrencing trigger, however the procedure has changed starting with IPCCX 4.0, before you had to create the trigger (CTI RP) in CM and then replicate in IPCC, starting with IPCCX 4.0 you only do this on IPCC.
