Upgrade path to CUCM 7.0 from CCM 4.2

Hi There,

Does anyone know the upgrade path from 4.2 to 7? I have found documentation that suggests that you can upgrade from 4.2 to 7 using the DMA but so far I have been unable to find any part no's. All parts no's I have found so far are upgrades from CUCM 6.X to 7 or new installs of 7.

Help appreiciated.

According to the DMA documentation an upgrade from 4.2(3) to 7.0(1) is supported: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/dma/7_0_1/dma-rel_notes-701a.html#wp302984

If you have active UCSS contracts you can perform the upgrade via the PUT tool. Be advised that some UC 7 upgrade scenarios are still being added to PUT. You may want to contact Cisco licensing or the appropriate business unit mailer if PUT doesn't show the desired options.
