CUCM 5 calls get disconnected

Hello,

i have a problem with calls that were disconnected. In detail:


In front of the problem i will describe my environment. We use a CUCM 5.1.3.3106-1 with Voicegateway connected over MGCP.

The problem occurs only on phones with multiple lines on it. For better problem explanation, here are some numbers:


Internal Phone (A) with multiple lines:

DN1 2335

DN2 2678


Internal Phone (B) with some line:

DN 2222


PSTN (PSTN) Numbers:

01731234567


When i call from an internal phone (A) a number in the (PSTN) all is very good. The conversation is very well.

But when another internal phone (B) calls the internal phone (A) that is connected to the (PSTN) on the second line, then the call to (PSTN) gets disconnected and on phone (A) i hear a tone sounds like the MLPP-Tone. The phone (B) gets a Busy tone.


We have only one phone that has rights to interrupt conversations with the pattern 264# and this works fine.

Has anyone some ideas?
