CWLMS 3.0 Processes periodically stopping

I just installed CWLMS 3.0 yesterday and the install appeared to go thru clean and was able to pull devices and send several netconfig jobs with no problem. But i noticed throughout the day that I lost communication to the DCR database due to CS processes stopping. I looked at the processes and its states that they were administratively shutdown but no one has access to this server. I restarted the processes but they will work for awhile and eventually it will happen again sometime later. Does anybody have an idea on why this is happening? Also, when I am in CiscoView or Device center when I click to telnet to any device it opens the IE web browser and tries telnetting from it rather than opening a DOS prompt, any clue how I can change that? Thanks alot !!

What processes are stopping? Please post the output of the pdshow command.

The Device Center link for telnet is simply telnet://DEVICE. You will need to adjust your telnet protocol handler to launch the appropriate application. By default, this is telnet.exe.
