Our agent would like to have the ACD line go into not ready when their non-acd line is being used. Trying to avoid RNA's. Can this be done?

Not that I can think of, since CAD can only monitor one extension. This will require training on your part to let the agents know to go not ready when a call arrives on their other lines. It is best practice to only have one extension per agent phone.
