Callmanager5.1 - where does the CRS live?

Folks,

Just inherited a Callmanager5.1 appliance. I tried to run http://cm_addr/AppAdmin but keep getting timeouts. Also tried https with the same results.

Is there a way for us to look at /ccmadmin to point us to where the CRS/IPIVR service is located?

that application does not reside on the Call Manager. with versions 5 and up you need to have this running on a separate server. the only thing that runs on the call manager server (starting with 5) is the call manager itself.

therefore, your CRS server has to be another IP address.
