Please help.

Hou i can upgrade license on CUCM? My company buy some units and i receive activation key from cisco partner. But i don't know what i must do with this activation key

Hi Vadim,

You probably have a piece of paper with a PAK key on it right?

Go to the following website and register the PAK key to your company/you:

https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/RegistrationServlet

You will need a valid CCO (Cisco login) account, and also the MAC address of your server which you can either get from DOS or via the OS administration page in CCM5.

Sorry, I forgot to add. Once you've filled out the details, Cisco will send you the license (XXXX.lic) via e-mail. You can then install this on the CallManager...
