does anybody else encountered this problem to get stucked during upgrade of 7936?

I found a field notice about similar troubles, but I don't think it will help me. The phone is constantly restarting and only the Cisco logo screen is seen for several minutes before restart.

I couldn't find any key sequence for factory defaults reset. Is there such code at all?

I will be very thankful if somebody can help!
